All the items listed below (except the spices) are produced on our farm.

Organic Spices and Teas: Get the freshest spices around! The spices are so fresh and flavorful you'll notice the difference with your first meal. Although not raised on our farm, these spices and teas are organic-certified and of the highest quality. With the spices, you will be able to purchase the amount you desire in a baggie or bring in your (clean) spice jar for a refill. Loose tea available in 1oz or 2oz. lined paper bags. Tea brewing bags and equipment are also available. For a complete list of spices see our Product List.

Pork: All Natural and delicious! Our pigs are raised on a grain and vegetable diet with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Pork chops, steaks, roast, ground pork, bacon, ham, ham steaks, breakfast sausage, brats, Canadian bacon, cottage style bacon, and lard available starting at $3.00/lb.

Broiler / Fryer Chickens: Delicious taste with full flavor. All natural grain fed with no added growth hormones, antibiotics, or animal by-products. Plump with lots of breast meat. Average 3# - 6# $2.50/lb. Also available split in half which is great on the grill!

Brown Eggs: From happy hens fed no growth hormones, antibiotics, or meat byproducts. Much of the grains fed are grown on the farm, the rest are bought locally. Large: $2.50/dozen Jumbo: $3.00/dozen

Honey: Unpasteurized, raw, and creamed honey. Delicious light clover and alfalfa honey. All our honey is produced by our own bees! Various sizes from 8 oz. ($2.50) to 2 lb. ($7.50).

Handmade Soaps: 19th Century-style soaps that are gentle, mild, and moisturizing. They lather well and last longer than regular soap. Containing no added fragrance, just their natural scents, with many of the ingredients coming from right here on the farm.
Lemon Poppyseed, Orange Blossom Swirl, Milk and Honey, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Oatmeal, Rose Water and Glycerine, Mint Leaf, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Cinnamon: $2.50/large: bath bar size.

Our Specialty Meats are smaller quantity items and may not always be available in the store due to their popularity. We recommend you call or email us for availability.

Rabbit: The only meat to use for authentic hasenpfeffer. $3.50/lb.
|
|
Duck: Currently sold out! (Muscovy) Free ranged grass and grain fed. We will have ducks available again mid to late summer. Muscovy ducks range from 3 - 6 pounds. $3.50/lb.

Black Chickens: Mid-size roosters and hens will be available starting in September 2009.

Self-Serve Eggs have ended!
We would like to thank all our self-serve customers who have supported us for the past several years. We hope that everyone who has been using self-serve is able to make it to our store. Our store is located in the garage and is open 6 days a week: Mon. - Thur. 3pm - 6pm, Fri. 8am - 6pm, Sat. 8am - 4pm.

Boldt Century Farm Store
Visit our store! Located on the farm (in our garage), it is open Fridays 8-6 and Saturdays 8-4, and features all our products including individual frozen cuts of meat (chicken, pork, and rabbit).
